This morning, we had a teach-in with the Makerspace class next door. There were 5 teams working in that class, with 2 working on a device to flip sheet music, 1 team working on grip gloves to be implemented by astronauts, 1 team working on a buzzer system of some sort, and another team working on an automated paintbrush cleaner.
The majority of my remaining time today was devoted to converting Photoshop files into SVG files for the team to use on the markers for the map, which seems straight-forward enough but isn't because the different converters for the files all had unwelcome extra functions.

During lunch, part of the class played Spyfall, an online game in which a "spy" is chosen, and given the task of finding out where the rest of the players are situated (within the game). The normal players are supposed to ask questions to determine who the spy is, without the spy gaining insight into the location of the other players.
Today, I wasn't able to work on much, but I was able to organize the plan for the Nohmad profiles by comparing Shawn's wireframe and the possible components available through Material-UI. Because I couldn't figure out how state components work in React, I was tasked with a mini-project in which I'll use conditioning variables, which will ultimately help me get more familiar with the way the profile will function.
My goal for tomorrow is to come in and have a working page containing conditioning variables. Hopefully, I'll by then have some grasp on how to use them!
